وضع الضغط الإبري: ضع قدميك في المكان المرغوب فيه للتحفيز. اضغط على قدميك لأسفل واشعر بضغط نتوءات الأسطوانة على قدميك لمدة 2-3 ثوانٍ. اتركه واسترخي لبضع ثوانٍ. كرر العملية أو انتقل إلى وضع جديد حسب الرغبة. رائعة للتحفيز المستهدف أو عندما لا ترغب في تحريك ساقيك كثيرًا.

What a brilliant product! I suffer with peripheral neuropathy and get a lot of foot pain. This does work but as i have a dog that chews things i have to put it away all of the time. It can end up just a cupboard thing in a box.but still gives a bit of relief for my feet.

I’m always a bit suspicious when buying this kind of product. Such items often offer a lot but deliver very little. Either that or the items are flimsy and a bit cheap. This item is very different. It’s solid and well-made and should be more than up to the challenge of bearing my weight for a few years. The roller system works well. If (like me) you have ticklish feet then the first few attempts will make you go cross-eyed with discomfort – but stick at at it! After a few days you’ll soon get used to it and that’s when the benefits will start paying off. My plantar fasciitis is certainly much better since I started using it. Something good is happening – and you can’t ask for more than that!

I suffer with plantar fasciitis. The last couple of months I’ve been in the worse pain morning,evening daytime I’ve brought loads of different innersoles, creams, socks, and other things. I’ve had this massager less than a week. It has become my life saver. I can get out of bed now not 100% pain free . But I can walk its only been 4 days using it twice a day for ten minutes. And each day its getting a little easier. I couldn’t recommend this enough. I’m so pleased I come across this. .

I bought this because I was having planter fascitis due to walking around the house without my orthotics on due to COVID and not leaving the house! Wow this feels great! Interesting reaction I had the second night I used it1) after about two minutes on this I started to feel like something crawling under my skin from my feet to my thighs — in a good way! Almost like I was ‘waking up’ nerve endings!2) I yawned about 9 times in a row within a 5 minutes span after my mini foot massage. Don’t know what that means! But again, it felt good! Like I felt totally relaxed!It’s so affordable but I feel is very beneficial! You can slide it under a coffee table to chair so it’s on hand but discreet.Glad I bought it!

This gizmo is amazing. I spend quite alot of my 12 hour shift on my feet in addition to which I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot which at times can be very painful.Rolling my aching feet on this foot massager is heaven. It took a bit of getting used to but now I wouldn’t be without it. May sound bizarre but I keep it by the bed because all plantar fasciitis sufferers will testify to the fact that when you get out of bed and stand, it can be agony… about 90 seconds of rolling my feet on this and I’m good to go. Honestly it’s been worth every penny.
