Bought for my elderly dad who suffers from sciatica so this review is based on his experience with the item. It worked well and he liked the different power settings. But after just five weeks, it fell apart and stopped working. Was going to return it but the return period had just passed. So I’m out 280sar and need to find another one.Update: After posting my review, the seller Almassager (Mr Youssef) reached out to me on the same day and made things right by sending a replacement massager immediately, which I received the next day. Although the first one did not last as long as it should have, they made up for it with their excellent customer service. Hopefully the replacement will last longer. This is an example of how business should be done. I highly recommend Renpho. Changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars! Thank you very much.

I use this for my cellulite and on the tissue around my broken ankle to get the circulation going in my legs and reduce swelling of my broken ankle. You can feel a tingling feeling and can feel your circulation is going. Use on my shoulders and back also . Very powerful. Well worth the money highly recommend.

I found the massager very good at reliving back stress. I have bullging discs that have caused my muscles to burn so the massager helps with that. It has very a strong vibrations so it goes deep into the muscle. I would definitely recommend it.

It’s slightly heavy, although this is a plus when wanting to massage my back – can swing it over my shoulder and it works a treat. Unlike our last massager, this one is fairly quiet, which is definitely a bonus. There are lots of different heads for it – have only tried 2 so far – not sure if the others will be any good yet – shame they are just in a bit of plastic. There is also a weird plastic base thingy which I think is intended to hold the machine whilst it’s charging, but not really sure how you’re supposed to rest the machine on it. No instructions for it which would have been helpful. (After some use, we have found out how best to rest the massager – works a treat!) I have amended this review, as I hadn’t charged the machine properly and have found it was ‘human error’ rather than machine – so sorry for that. I would certainly recommend this.It arrived two days before the estimated delivery date and was well packaged.
